Nelspruit Lodge offers a laundry service on an arrangement basis.

Please drop off laundry at the reception area before 10h00, with a filled in form with your details. We have a set price for guest laundry (up to 5 kg), please ask your receptionist about this. Your laundry will be ready for collection the following morning.

We have an ironing board and irons available in the reception area, should you need them.

Each room is equipped with a private safe. The electronic safe is big enough to contain a firearm. If you have difficulty with your safe, please feel free to ask reception for assistance.

Please note:

• Select a pin that you will remember
• Remember to always press the B-Button after the Pin
• Please leave the safe open after you cleared your item

To Program a new pin:

• The safe will be open upon arrival, if not please open using the code 159B
• Press the red reset button on the inside of the safe door
• Enter your own Pin + B to confirm
• A yellow light flashing or a loud beep sound indicates that the new pin is saved

To open the safe:

• Enter your selected Pin + B
• A green light or loud beep will confirm that the pin is correct
• You will have 5 seconds to open before it relocks
