Free Wi-Fi is available in all public areas and rooms. The login details are as follows:

We invite you to enjoy our complimentary Wi-Fi. Please take note that this service is capped, and you will be disconnected once you have reached your daily limit.

(Should you be a satisfied returning guest and experience difficulty with the Wi-Fi connection, please reconnect to the Wi-Fi by re-entering the password)

Please note that each block has its own connection. If reception helped you to log in on a device, you’ll need to log out and re-connect once you have settled in your room. Please refer all queries to Reception staff

Laundry Service:

Nelspruit Lodge offers a laundry service on arrangement.

Please drop off laundry at reception before 10h00, with a completed form with your details. We have a set price for guest laundry (up to 5 kg), please ask your receptionist about this. Your laundry will be ready for collection the following morning.

The Penthouse has an iron and ironing board for your comfort.

DSTV:

The Penthouse features full DSTV on both television sets and the Wi-Fi allows you to stream if you prefer to access your personal Netflix account

Nelspruit Lodge does not offer an in-house taxi service, but we can highly recommend the following companies.
